We want you to love your Formula Fig experience; if a product isn't the right fit for your skin, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and gently used to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box, ensuring all components are included, and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our team.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the nearest designated carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Fig Bar team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
